Ty and his assistant Devin did a wonderful job renovating a house we inherited in Lakeside Park, Kentucky.The house needed alot of work - and they did a wonderful job - and were very particular about getting everything right. The work they both did themselves and supervised by other contractors included: basement waterproofing, substantial rewiring, replacement of soffits, replacement of floors in two rooms, installation of new kitchen appliances and countertops, 2 bathroom renovations, new HVAC, installation of new lighting throughout, reconstruction of an attached outdoor shed and repainting of the entire house, including the basement. I would recommend them highly!
